Terms and Conditions
Keychron’s Referral Program (the “Program”) allows individuals (Keychron referrers) to earn approved commissions by referring friends to purchase from the Keychron website. To participate, you must:

- Register for the program here
How to Earn Your Commission
When you sign up to become a Keychron referrer, we’ll generate a unique link assigned only to you. Post it on social media, your blog or website, or just email it to a few friends. When a friend clicks on it, the link will lead them to the Keychron website where a modal will be displayed with a code for 10% off on any keyboard purchase from the site. If the friend completes a purchase, the Keychron referrer is notified. After 20 days (to ensure the friend isn’t going to return the product, plus time for processing and shipping), the Keychron referrer will receive a 10% off for next keyboard purchase (Each order can only apply one discount code), exclude add-on such as Palm Rest, Keycap Set.
A Keychron referrer will earn 10% off next purchase (exclude add-on such as Palm Rest, Keycap Set) if:
- A referred friend clicks on the Keychron referrer’s referral link, and
- The referred friend completes a Qualifying Order within the same browsing session in which they clicked the referral link.
- No refund case after 20 days.
Qualifying Order
A Qualifying Order cannot be returned for a refund. If the order is canceled or the product is returned for a refund, the commission payment is forfeited. Keychron reserves the right to cancel a Qualifying Order if placed fraudulently.
Commissions and Payouts
Commissions are earned for any referred Qualifying Order and are either approved or denied within 20 days of when the Qualifying Order is placed. 10% off is earned for each approved Commission and is processed through Referral program for future purchases at www.keychron.co.jp.
Termination and Change
Keychron may suspend or terminate the referral program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. Keychron reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and cancel or modify referrals if the activity is deemed abusive or fraudulent. Commissions earned as a result of fraudulent activity are null and void.
Limitations
There is no limit to the number of commissions each Keychron referrer can earn. But we only accepts one discount code applied for each order.
Updates to the Terms
Keychron reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties, written or oral.
